Potential mentors can view Advice Request and express interest to help. A mentor and a mentee are automatically introduced via the email and can start an informal (no pressure!) chat.
Giving just a small tip/advice on the problem is more than enough. If the mentee liked the advice and applied it, she will get back with the results and the conversation can continue. No commitments and enforcing 'mentor' role. Think of it like Quora but more personal.
